Delivery

Domestic Delivery:

All items above R800 are eligible for free delivery throughout South Africa. Your parcel will be delivered using one of our courier partners. We primarily use The Courier Guy. 
Delivery will take place within 1-3 working days to major centres and up to 10 working days to rural areas. If this time is extended due to unforeseen circumstances we'll be sure to inform you of the new delivery date. If your parcel has not arrived after 7 days and we have not contacted you either, please contact us via email at support@madebyfade.com

We also provide an express delivery service using Breaze delivery. We offer a same day delivery option and an express delivery which takes place within 90 minutes. Note that these services are only available for delivery locations within certain areas of Gauteng. Both express delivery and same day delivery will only take place during business hours. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day or express 90 minute delivery times. 

Domestic Returns:

We will arrange the return of the item free of charge for South African locations only. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only offer one free return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.Need to return? Log it here!

International Delivery:

Delivery will be handled by  .

The product price and shipping cost do not encompass import duties, taxes, and charges. These obligations fall under the responsibility of the buyer. 

Please note, we unfortunately do not accept international returns or exchanges.
